Introduction and review of jaw crusher
In the past, sledgehammers and hammers were used to break the stone and make it into smaller sizes, which was very difficult and exhausting work until Eli Whitney Blake, an American, invented the jaw crusher in 1851. In this device, two fixed and movable jaws were used, the lower part of the movable jaw’s shoulder moved and the upper part was almost fixed, but other models have also been designed.
Like the Dodge model, in which, unlike the Blake model, the upper part of the movable jaw moves, which is almost the same size from the throat of the jaw. To date, about 70 types of this device have been made, but all of these devices are owed to Blake’s invention. That revolutionized the industry.
